Six sigma is an important principle in business. This client needed to advocate the importance of workplace organization and visual controls. The module included interactive scenarios, quizzes and professional voiceover. The turnkey solution included instructional design, copywriting, graphic design, professional voiceover, e-learning development and LMS integration.

Project: Troubleshooting Process Training Module

This scenario-based project walks the user through the basic steps of the troubleshooting process. It is based on a customer scenario and machine break. To complete the call the user must understand the troubleshooting process and correctly apply it to the scenario. This project included instructional design, copywriting, graphic design and e-learning development.
